In addition to the indicators showing if drivers are available and how many deliveries they are working on if so, you can also always have access to a driver map, which connects to Google Maps to show you in real time where your drivers are. You can also use this map to check traffic or street view info, so you can always be in the know about the situation your drivers are in. This is great to know the optimal dispatch decision every time. For example, a new order comes in, and one of your drivers may have a couple more orders than everyone else at the moment, but the new order is directly on their route to another delivery, while everyone else is miles away. With detailed map information, you are given much more control over the most efficient deliveries than you ever have been before!

2-Way Driver App

When you dispatch orders out to drivers, they will receive them instantly on their phones via the 2-way app. This allows your drivers to see all the information about an order that you or a customer put in, including pickup and dropoff location, size, and number of packages. Once a driver gets an order through the app, they can confirm that they are working on, which will show in the system on your side as well. Then, when they pick up and deliver the order, they can also update the status there as well, so you can quickly see the general progress of every order. They can also send pictures and notes of the delivery once it’s done, good for both confirmation of delivery as well as providing any additional information to you and your team. With this 2-way app, you and your drivers can work in tandem to always get the job done fast and efficiently!
